Marvelous and beautiful room with a lovely bed. The pleasant view from the room, amazing staff. Location very close to downtown, the ferry-which was probably the best part of the stay, and the river.

because of a problem with the deluxe queen room i was upgraded and had reasonably spacious room with a garden view. location: the hotel was just next door to hamburg or blankenese, the elbe river and the ferry-which was probably the best part of the stay.

Elegant room with a garden view and a fan or air circulation, for example and top quality breakfast to start the day. Great food, very efficient service. Spectacular and peaceful location - a short walk to Church Nienstedten.

The breakfast was excellent, the food was lovely. The room was comfy and beautiful, included with a fan and a garden view, as example. The hotel's position was beautiful and marvelous, very close to the best areas of Hamburg, the restaurant, and central Hamburg.

Very efficient service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. The staff are all very friendly🙂

We had an amazing experience at Louis C. Jacob. The location is marvelous, with a great view of the river Elbe from the restaurant and patio. The rooms are luxurious and elegant, and we particularly loved the comfortable bathtub. The staff provided friendly and excellent service, making us feel at home in Hamburg. The breakfast in the superb main dining room was among the best we have had in any hotel. Dining at Restaurant Jacob was a feast for the senses, truly a memorable experience. Thank you, Louis C. Jacob, for a wonderful stay!

As hotel guests, we expected to be able to have dinner in the hotel. Booked out, so big disappointment.

The location was spectacular for Hamburg, close enough to Germany, the ferry which was probably the best part of the stay and centre of Hamburg. The breakfast choices where top and excellant with champagne and a view of the Elbe, for instance.

Well, Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Mind-blowing restaurant, jaw-dropping terrace view, beautiful old building, quiet and spacious new building.

My girlfriend booked this hotel for my 30th Birthday. It is one of the best hotels I've stayed in by far. It exceeded all the expectations as soon as we arrived. The staff was polite and the ambience was great. The rooms were big, bright and clean. I would rate it 7 stars in terms of luxury and customer service. Definietly booking it for my next trip to Hamburg. Thank you for making our stay an amazing experience. P:S- Wish we had more hotels like Louis C.Jacob in London.

The hotel's breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby landmarks and attractions. The view of the river was stunning and provided a serene ambiance in the morning, perfect for starting off the day in a relaxed and peaceful way.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made for an uncomfortable experience during the warmer days. the noise from the nearby street made it difficult to keep the windows open for the entire night.
